ACCOUNTING AND TAX OUTSOURCING

The availability of financial accounting information is a necessity for both companies and legal persons, which is triggered by the responsibility of having relevant and quality information that supports the correct decision making of Senior Management of companies, as well as to support compliance with tax regulations through the correct tax declaration of each country.

To satisfy these information and tax compliance requirements, the companies have two alternatives, the first one is to include a full-time accounting professional in their staff and the second alternative is to hire an external consultant.

The second alternative places Araya BPO Peru as a strategic ally of our clients through the provision of the following services:

  • Respond the queries made by the Management regarding financial, accounting and tax aspects of the day.
  • Review and, if necessary, update the Chart of Accounts of THE CLIENT (accounts, supplier data sheet, staff of THE CLIENT and cost drivers) according to their needs and in coordination with the official in charge, establish internal controls accounting and define the formats that support the operations of THE CLIENT and define the flow of documentation and information to bookkeeping.
  • Obtain all the documents that may generate accounting transactions or have interference or relevance in the preparation of the financial statements of THE CLIENT.
  • Carry out the accounting in our mechanized accounting system of all the operations generated by the different areas of THE CLIENT, in such way that the official accounting books (journal, general ledger, inventories and balance sheets) are kept up-to-date; as well as the subsidiary ledgers (cash and banks, purchase records and control of fixed assets).
  • Validate in advance the information generated by the other areas of THE CLIENT that will enter the accounting system
  • Prepare financial statements and additional financial information on a monthly basis, such as:
  • Statement of financial position.
  • Income statement.
  • Bank account analysis
  • General ledger with the information required by THE CLIENT .
  • It is our objective to present the financial statements to the Management of THE CLIENT on the 7th day of the following month to which they correspond, for which the required information and documentation must be presented to us in a timely manner.
  • Printing of the official account books (journal, general ledger, inventories and balance sheets); as well as the subsidiary ledgers (cash and banks, purchase records and control of fixed assets).
  • Prepare the sworn statements of taxes and contributions to which THE CLIENT is obliged, on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare the Financial Statements and additional information for the banking institutions upon their request.
  • Preparation and presentation of the Sworn Income Statement as of December 31 of each year for local purposes; as well as, the issuance of THE CLIENT's official mechanized books on the same date.
  • Customized attention to the auditors, staff of the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration - SUNAT and EsSALUD in case these entities carry out tax audits and social contributions to which the CLIENT is obliged.
